BEFORE YOU DECIDE ANYTHING
The questions nobody answered at the scene
You left the accident with a police report and not much else. Here is how treatment, paperwork and billing actually work, in plain language, before you commit to anything.
What services do you offer?
Chiropractic care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, full auto accident rehab and a home exercise program. All five are delivered at your home, apartment or workplace.
Do I have to come to a clinic?
No. A licensed clinician travels to you with a portable table and the equipment a clinic visit would use. There is no waiting room and no drive while you are hurting.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients get a home evaluation within 48 hours of their call. When you contact us, intake aims to call you back within 15 minutes during business hours.
How do I get started?
One phone call or the short form on any page. No referral, no paperwork before we begin, and no obligation if you decide not to go ahead.
Do I need a lawyer to be treated?
No. We treat patients with and without attorneys. If you have one, we deal with their office directly. If you do not, we will explain your options before anything is signed.
What is a letter of protection?
A written agreement between you, your attorney and us. We treat you now and are paid from the settlement later, rather than billing you during care. Your attorney holds the balance until the case resolves.
What if I have no health insurance?
You can still be treated. Most of our patients are covered through a letter of protection, PIP or MedPay instead. We also accept health insurance and cash if you prefer.
What will I pay during treatment?
Under a letter of protection there are no copays and nothing out of pocket while you are in care. What is owed at the end depends on your agreement and the outcome of your case.
Which injuries do you treat?
Whiplash, neck and back pain, herniated disc, sciatica, headaches after a crash, shoulder, knee and hip injuries, muscle strains and sprains, soft tissue damage and pinched nerves.
Which kinds of accidents do you handle?
Car, truck, rear-end, motorcycle, rideshare, pedestrian and work vehicle collisions. Crash injuries are what our clinical and documentation process is built around.
What happens at the first visit?
Your clinician reviews how the crash happened, measures range of motion, strength and pain, and watches how you move around your own home. You finish with a plan, not a referral elsewhere.
Who will be coming to my home?
A licensed DC, DPT, PT or OTR/L. Every clinician's license is verified before their first visit, and all are background checked and bound by confidentiality agreements.
Will my attorney get my records?
Yes. Every visit is documented with signed notes. Records, itemized statements and affidavits are sent to your attorney's office on request.
What areas do you cover?
Twenty-seven cities across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and greater Houston. We have English and Spanish speaking clinicians.
